Обязанности

Main goal: To define and implement cluster capability development programme for sales force based on company's strategy and commercial priorities as well as global guidelines.

1. Assesment, priorotization and alignment with steakholders on sales organization's development needs based on company's commercial objectives and identified capability gaps
2. Leadership of assessment/development center with close support from HR on methodology and realization
3. Availability of relevant development programmes for the agreed plan, including e-learning (digital platform), class-room trainings and external trainings.
4.  Adaptation and implementation of global programs and initiatives of the Company according to the agreed plan
5. Ownership of and control over cabapibility development budget, aligned with global team and cluster steakholders
6. Regular review of conducted programmes/activities with relevant steakholders, including review of KPI's achieved 
7. Management of the capability development team in the cluster optimizing workload and travel budget

Требования

1. Proven track record in Sales Capability development management in a top FMCG or retail company from 3 years2. Experience in managerial position from 5 years 3. Field sales experience from 3 years is a big plus4. Higher education, master or additional courses in social sciences is a plus5. Fluent Engish
