Обязанности

The goal of the role is to lead and execute marketing/ strategy plans for Fuel brands in Russia. The role works closely with the Market Sales teams to deliver plan through superior consumer and customer activation also leveraging links between market and the category. The role is responsible for developement of plans to be reflected in annual contact

Responsibilities:

  • Contribution to P&L delivery with a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon via execution of annual category marketing plans
  • Executes superior consumer and customer activation , renovation and innovation 4-2-1 ‘s
  • Supports the execution of IMC programs, working with BU category activation, agencies and locally adapted brand communication in accordance with brand plans, activation strategy, schedule and calendar
  • Understands a brand P&L and its relevant profit levers across the cluster/country
  • Supports driving mix improvement for the category across the cluster/market
  • Responsible for all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures
  • Leads tracking of business on a monthly basis to assess progress vs. plan and recommend adjustments as appropriate
  • Understands the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicate products and services differentiation to sales and provides input to senior leadership\
  • Internal reporting and other duties as assigned

Требования

  • University degree in Economics, Marketing
  • Fluent English
  • Experienced PC user (MS Office)
  • Min of 3 years’ relevant experience in blue chip multinational FMCGs in Marketing department
  • In-depth understanding of consumer needs
  • Influencing senior teams.
  • P&L management
