Key focuses:

Operational excellence covering the full range of WFA services for Russia, Ukraine, Eurasia countries in both Commercial and Integrated Supply Chain.

Manage all HR related policies and procedures and ensure they support the changing business environment and enable MDLZ to attract, retain and motivate its employees in line with the BU and regional HR strategy

Oversee all employee relations matters to ensure that employee relation issues are in compliance with corporate values and labour legislation

Key accountabilities:

  • Select, organize, manage, direct, control and appraise, train and motivate subordinates to maintain a positive attitude, high level of competency and superior level of achievement all times in all areas of responsibility
  • Develop and oversee MDLZ WFA HR policies and procedures. Recommend and implement changes to ensure the maintenance of the company’s objectives in line with HR strategy
  • Monitor labour legislation to ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are in line with it
  • Ensure that employee relation issues are covered and resolved in accordance with company’s values and labour legislation
  • Ensure that the WFA is carried out in accordance with labour legislation and corporate procedures and that employees’ records are up to date and accurate
  • Simplify, automate and optimize the WFA processes, so that they reach the targets for speed, reliability and effectiveness
  • Ensure high quality processes and deadlines adherence in place
  • Consult HR team and managers on Labour relation issues, provide them with best practices and appropriate trainings if needed
  • High focus on positive employee experience and continuous improvement in end-to-end processes
  • Lead and engage onsite (Moscow) and remote team members to ensure opportunities for collaboration, best practice sharing and capabilities development


  • University degree in HR or relevant
  • Deep expertise in local labour legislation and employee relations
  • 5+ years of experience in WFA, labour relations in multinational companies
  • Proven ability to navigate in complex matrix environment
  • People management experience, especially managing and engaging remote teams
  • Experience of covering several countries is highly desired
  • Experience in implementing global systems will be beneficial
  • Excellent communication, planning, problem solving skills
  • Stakeholder management skills, can-do approach and positive attitude are key to success in this role
